Second half propels Cardinals to road victory over Regent

After a shaky first half, that saw the Stratford men's basketball team take a slim 36-33 lead in the locker room, the Cardinals raised the intensity in the second half for a 91-70 road victory over Regent University on Wednesday night. 

The Cardinals had four players score 12 points each, as Ronald Davis, Chris Reid, DeAndre Demiel and Jamonte Ricks each paced Stratford in the victory.  Reid added 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 3 steals to lead the second half charge, Davis added another double-double with 11 rebounds in addition to his 12 points and Jashod Jamison added 3 blocked shots in the victory.  

Stratford improves to 7-1 on the season and returns to action on Friday night as they host Truett McConnell University for a 5:00 pm tip at the Julius Conn Rec Center.
