The Stratford University Women's Soccer Team finished their inaugural season ranked 30th in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association Power Rankings. 

The Lady Cardinals finished with an overall record of 4-10-1, which included several impressive performances, including two victories over Wake Tech and a dominating 11-0 victory over Regent University.  The Lady Cardinals also tied Louisburg College 1-1 in double overtime, avenging a 1-0 loss earlier in the season.

In the team's final weekend of competition, Stratford University pushed Junior College power and NJCAA tournament bound Patrick Henry Community College to double sudden death overtime, before losing on a fluke goal with just minutes left in the 2nd overtime. 

During the season, the team played many quality opponents including Cape Fear who finished 8th in the final National Junior College Athletic Association rankings and played Florida National University twice.  Florida National University proved to be one of the top teams in the country and ended up playing for the National Championship of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association.

Individually, the Lady Cardinals had many standout performances and set several program records including.
